Jenny offers personalized training plans and comprehensive coaching. She aims to work with her athletes to improve and sustain a healthy, active lifestyle as they reach their performance and life goals. She works with each athlete individually to develop goals and assess skills, fitness, and lifestyle factors. We create a training plan that fits with the athlete and improves their skills, experience, and performance. Each client has a training Peaks account where they receive daily workouts. These workouts fit within an overall season plan and build the athlete's performance toward optimal performance at their highest-priority season races and events.
