Personalized coaching.

We work with you to create a plan with daily workouts hosted in training peaks and prescribed around your lifestyle. Together, we best prepare you for your events, racing calendar, and athletic development. Our customized coaching is an individual plan with athlete check-ins and communication.


Skill development, individual sessions, and consultations.

We will meet you in person or online to work on any area of your endurance sports skills, fitness, or planning. Our consultations are individual based on your wants and needs.

We provide MTB skills instruction, personal strength training, and a guided ride or run, or we could meet you to help oversee your planning for an event, season, or goal.


PERSONALIZED COACHING SETUP

  • The setup fee covers the time and individual attention we want to invest in working with a new athlete.
  • Jenny will meet with you online or in person for an introduction to coaching and to discuss your athlete interview.
  • Athletes will complete a written athlete interview and waiver.
  • Jenny will set up your annual training plan in Training Peaks and your Training Peaks workout calendar.

TRAINING PLANS: MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

  • An individualized training plan.
  • A 30-minute phone consultation every two weeks.
  • Coach comments on workouts in training peaks. 
  • Basic Training Peaks account. The athlete account hosts workouts, data, feedback, and coach communication.
  • Athletes receive daily emails from Training Peaks with workout information.
  • Appropriate use of training tools. Including a power meter, heart rate monitor, effort-based sessions, and indoor training based on need, preference, and athlete equipment.
  • Regular email communication.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Strength and conditioning program. Jenny or Brian will meet, discuss, develop, and teach you a personalized strength and conditioning program. You can then do the program on your own.
  • One-on-one personal training sessions, an hour long each.

SKILLS SESSION

  • These are one-on-one instruction and guided sessions.
  •  If you wish to book more than one hour, the price will reflect the number of hours you'd like to book. 
  • Bike skills and practice. MTB, road, gravel or cyclocross.
  • A guided ride in the Gunnison, Crested Butte area.
  • A preview of a bike course. 
  • Running sessions: skills, techniques, and running drills.
  • A Specific running workout.
  • A guided run in the Gunnison, Crested Butte area.

CONSULTATION

  • Individual consults with Jenny and Brian
  • A phone, zoom, or in-person meeting to discuss and guide an athlete.
  • This can be an overview of a race, and training/equipment/ logistic discussion.
  • Or help with assessing and setting up a personal fitness routine.
  • For example, How do I prepare for the Grand Traverse ski race? I want to race the Cape Epic, how could we go about it? What could I do for training for the winter?
